Job description

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office that is seeking a dentist. The office is averaging 5 stars on their online reviews and has been in the community for over 30 years. They also have many patients already established as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month.

The office is FFS and PPO office. No HMOs and no Medicaid. The office has state of the art equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants and 2 hygienists, to help support the dentist.

General restorative procedures is all that is required. If dentist is proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but not required. There is excellent mentoring available or collaborating with the other dentists. The office does some clear aligners and sleep apnea treatments as well, so if a dentist would like to learn those procedures there is a great opportunity to do so. They are not required of course but it"s an option.

They are offering a very competitive percentage of collections, plus health insurance, 401K, PTO and continuing education stipend. An experienced and full time dentist can expect to earn between 200K and 300K per year, depending on experience and procedures performed.

There is also buy in opportunity in the future if interested but not required.

Associate Dentist Requirements:
Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
