SUMMARY : Stride, Inc. is looking for a talented and dynamic individual who craves putting their esports and social media experience to work. Stride is looking for an intern that wants the unique opportunity to reimage and grow our esports program through social media and content creation. We are looking for someone to help us build on the foundation that we have started and to strengthen and grow the program through live and pre-recorded content.

- Assist in the development and growth of esports;
- Assist with planning for the growth of a national program;
- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the Stride esports brand;
- Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms. (X, YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, etc)
- Assist in developing a social media strategy for esports;
- Work with content creators and professional players to create engaging content
- Develop campaigns across channels;
- Montior trends and recommend strategies against trends and track engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns;
- Host a weekly podcast live on Twitch, YouTube or other live-streaming platform;
- Create and maintain social media calendar;
- Create and manage blogs, infographics, videos and press releases;
- Work with in-house graphic artist to create
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : - 2 years experience in digital marketing/social media marketing
- Comfortability appearing on camera
- Reel of content created either live or pre-recorded
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong creativity for developing content and responding to trends
- Strong social media skills, knowledge of new and coming tools, and understanding the technology
- Strong research skills within the social media field
- College Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Esports Management
- Strong time management and organization skills

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Curious and creative, and enjoy exploring data and finding the next big opportunity
- Comfortable organizing and analyzing sets of data
- View challenges as opportunities and enjoy solving problems and removing obstacles
- Strong attention to detail
- Enjoy collaboration and like working in teams on complex challenges
- Passion for video games or esports
- Have knowledge of popular gaming
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
- Ability to clear required background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate this position will pay $.00 per hour. An individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
