We have an immediate need for a motivated Entry Level Communications Assistant to lead impactful campaigns, working closely with our esteemed clients to enhance their companies and optimize their bottom line.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute projects assigned by the marketing manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and key accounts, seamlessly merging PR campaigns with customer promotions.
- Ensure flawless in-store service activities for optimal operations.
- Foster and nurture consumer relationships, advocating for our promotional services.
- Collaborate on enhancing measurement strategies for PR campaigns alongside the marketing manager.
- Oversee marketing collateral and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with suppliers and retail event staff.
- Maintain detailed records of event metrics, production, and inventory.
- Drive innovation to maximize efficiency and explore new opportunities.
- Exceptional performance may lead to consideration for senior campaign management roles.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years' experience in PR, communications, marketing, or sales, or relevant internship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong prioritization and independent work capabilities.
- Customer-focused, professional problem-solving approach.
- Exceptional tracking, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
