Job description

The Noble Treasurer reports to the Chief Financial Officer and leads the Treasury function for Noble. We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Treasury professional with broad experience leading the treasury function. A Treasurer who proactively helps the Company navigate the external economic and geo-political environment to achieve our long-term strategic objectives. The Treasurer must be as strategic as she/he is an expert in tactical treasury forecasting and management. The Treasurer will be relied upon to not only manage our cost of capital, liquidity, and global cash, but also work with the CFO and CEO to optimize our capital structure and manage financial risk to support double-digit organic and inorganic growth. Noble is a sustained double-digit growth company, and the Treasury function is a key enabler of that growth. The Treasury function is tasked with ensuring we maintain an effective, efficient, and scalable treasury operating model.

Responsibilities: The Treasurer is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of Noble’s capital structure to support double-digit organic and inorganic growth. Maintaining collaborative and open relationships with our lenders and external constituents as well as managing the daily operations of global liquidity and cash management, vendor credit. The Treasurer will also lead global insurance, our equity plan and 401k, as well as other investment relationships.
