Global Procurement Manager

You are responsible for leading the procurement and supplier quality activities to support the unit of 10 manufacturing sites and 16 distribution centers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Operational and Sourcing teams, and the Supplier Quality team
Establish and implement benchmarks and metrics including scorecards to set baseline standards and review for improvement opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee company procurement with a view towards reducing costs while improving the overall quality of sourced goods and services.
Negotiate multi-year contracts to cover 85% of units' spend
Collaborate with business leaders to evaluate, anticipate, and drive attainment of unit and platform revenue and margin goals
Ensure compliance with Federal (FAR/DFAR/ITAR), State and Municipal requirements including Small Business Reporting
Reduce risk supply by developing key second source suppliers
Must Have
US Citizen
10+ years of direct procurement or sourcing experience in a large corporate setting
In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
Experience using supply chain management software and tools (QAD, Oracle, ePro, etc)
BS/BA degree or equivalent in business operations, procurement, finance, or similar
Requirements
