The Role:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic industry veteran and visionary leader to spearhead our Offer Management team. This role offers the chance to lead like a CEO, driving strategic alignment and resource optimization to achieve remarkable growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

Value Creation: Collaborate closely with customers to identify and translate their needs into innovative product offerings.
Business Strategy: Develop compelling business cases for investment, focusing on delivering measurable value and ROI.
Partnership Building: Forge strategic alliances to enhance our offerings and create synergistic opportunities.
Roadmap Planning: Define comprehensive product plans aligned with market demands and business objectives.
Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by gathering and incorporating competitive intelligence into product strategies.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary interface between various internal teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers and partners to understand market dynamics and drive innovation.
Solution Optimization: Focus on delivering scalable solutions that maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Sales Enablement: Provide product expertise and support to sales and implementation efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong business acumen with a track record of driving profitability.
7+ years of product management experience in IoT or related industries.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering successful products or services.
Deep understanding of IoT in shipping and logistics preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred.
