Job description
Willow Valley Communities is in search of Cook s to join our Culinary Team. We are seeking cooks who are friendly, enjoy interacting with others and whose goal is to provide cooking that will enhance our Residents' dining experience. We offer a variety of dining venues here at Willow Valley. They include upscale restaurants, grill stations, display cooking, tray lines, buffet style, country kitchens, and Café settings. Use your Culinary Arts skills to create delicious meals at Willow Valley Communities!

Wage:
Responsibilities:
- Preparing & seasoning, meats, and other foodstuffs according to standardized recipes.
- Food preparation and cooking skills include but are not limited to: measuring, washing, peeling, cutting, grilling, baking, roasting, broiling, steaming, carving and portioning foods.
- Monitors food quantities and quality during the meal period in a menu, buffet or display cooking setting.
- Reads menu, procures food from storage areas and utilizes standardized recipes to prepare food items for the meal period.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ years in previous cooking experience in a non-fast food restaurant

Schedule:
- 11:00am-8:00pm, 5 days a week, varying weekends off & some holidays
