Job description

PMI Phoenix Valley is a full-service Real Estate Asset Management company that provides professional community and association management services. We offer Homeowners and Community Associations the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real-time. Our goal is to provide the tenants of these properties with direct and timely access to maintenance requests and billing while never sacrificing the quality of our work. We are the go-to association for Maricopa County’s real estate needs including residential and commercial, HOA, property management, and investment real estate.

We are seeking a Property Management Coordinator with experience in the industry, but more importantly, the willingness to learn and grow with our team. This role will be a combination of administrative, accounting, and property management duties, and we will work in partnership to create and implement our own processes. This is a unique position within the Association Management industry and we will train the right person. If you’ve had difficulty making the time to get your real estate license but want to achieve that goal, we’ll be here to offer support.
