Join Our Team at Elevate Consulting Group- Administrative Assistant Wanted!

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing top-notch administrative support? Elevate Consulting Group is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the President and other management with miscellaneous tasks, scheduling, and coordination, as well as personal tasks as needed.

· Manage the company schedule for all departments, and client related.

· Open and sort mail; perform all filing and documentation preparation.

· Answer all phone calls and take messages as needed.

· Call all clients for weekly follow-up of information needed.

· Manage and facilitate all new client onboarding.

· Input and interpret tasks from emails and input into task management system.

· Work with clients to complete forms, documentation and other.

· Manage the office supply needs and ordering.

· Prepare conference room for meetings.

· CRM, Excel and data entry as required for office organization and software up to date.

· Assist in the physical upkeep of the office, completing miscellaneous chores as needed.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

· Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).

· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

· Ability to handle tasks with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

Pay Range : $25-30/hr based on experience.

Employment Type : Part Time (around 20 hours per week)
