Join Gallo as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst and oversee our alcohol beverage production and operations. You'll ensure compliance with federal, state, and international laws, industry codes, and company policies. Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on our organization. What You Will Do:

•  Perform activities to support Winemaking and/or Spiritsmaking compliance functions
•  Reconcile inventories and submit reports to regulatory agencies
•  Maintain licenses, permits, registrations, and bonds
•  Maintain compliance-related files and records
•  Review contracts for compliance with policies and laws
•  Identify and resolve non-compliance situations
•  Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives
•  Research and analyze regulations and provide recommendations for business initiatives
•  Participate in professional training on alcohol beverage and tax laws
•  Review proposed activities and advise management on potential risks
•  Develop department procedures and best practices
•  Deliver regulatory compliance end user training
•  Identify and mitigate regulatory risks through contingency planning
•  Conduct tasks and projects unsupervised
•  Exhibit intrapreneurship and ownership behaviors
•  Understand and comply with applicable regulatory considerations
•  Maintain satisfactory attendance and timeliness

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, or within quality assurance, food science, chemistry, life sciences, winemaking or auditing with responsibilities that include compliance functions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 7 years of regulatory compliance, or within quality control, government administration, marketing, alcohol beverage sales, project management or legal support with responsibilities that included compliance functions reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Program Suite at an intermediate level
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Compensation:

•  Hiring Salary Range Posted: $65,400 -$98,000
•  Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
