The Project Kuiper team is seeking an exceptionally bright, multitasking, and self-motivated individual to support two Directors in Production Operations. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests with minimal guidance. This exciting role embraces innovation and process improvement, Project Kuiper teams embrace new ideas and we are looking for a creative Executive Assistant who excels in a start-up environment.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action amidst ambiguity and show grace under pressure.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include providing executive partnerships to two Director’s in Production Operations. This roles requires the ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively. This position may also provide back-up to the lead EA to the VP of the organization on occasion.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of tasks, assignments and confidential matters with discretion. They must demonstrate a strong bias for action by handling administrative matters expeditiously, proactively, and professionally to ensure successful completion of assigned projects and tasks.
Other key responsibilities include:
* Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements
* Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities, and calendars
* Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables and following up on outstanding items
* Planning, managing and executing ongoing key team activities (staff meetings, Town Hall events, training, Leadership Off-sites, skip level meetings, and morale events)
* Communicating on behalf of the senior executive directly with the leadership team and other stakeholders across the organization
* Travel coordination and expense reports
* Space Planning across team locations
* Back up support for other Executive Assistants
* Have fun at work and help others do the same
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
