Job description
– Above all: provide positive, memorable, and hospitable experiences for all our guests; find ways to exceed guests’ expectations
– Be welcoming and accommodating; present menus, educate patrons, and answer questions with a Mellow vibe
– Take orders; make recommendations and offer positive feedback while being your unique self
– Be attentive and quick; make sure guests are relaxed and comfortable; make sure all beverages are full or replaced
– Issue bills and process payments; help prepare tables, clean workstations, you know this stuff
– Listen to complaints or problems with a positive attitude; solve problems on your feet and offer solutions
– Have fun; enjoy working with your amazing team of pizza bakers, fellow servers, and craft cocktail makers
