Who We Are

Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization helps customers adopt and optimize technology. Our team supports Service Providers in their journey to build secure and innovative networks.

Who You'll Work With

Our Project Specialist will work with anybody at Cisco required to deliver a successful outcome to the customer! Most days will be spent working with senior delivery leaders and engineers, but Project Specialists will work with Sales, Operations, Development Engineering and global teams across the world.

Who You Are

You are a future leader, love planning, and have strong tool and financial leadership skills. You are an active learner and are willing to pursue Project Manager Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certifications. You have a technical or business undergraduate or Master’s degree.
