Synopsys is hiring an Executive Assistant to support primary administrative functions and executive-level interfaces. Ability to connect with partners and customer counterparts in addition to all levels of hierarchy within Synopsys. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment, have stellar interpersonal skills and initiative, demonstrate good judgment, maintain a high level of confidentiality, set priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Being detail-oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to success.
The candidate will be flexible to the Group charter. This stellar candidate will have a Yes-If mindset, positive attitude, and energy, proactively creating and taking initiatives to evaluate and leverage the organization administrative requirements and giving the best support to her Executive Business partner.
Requirements: - 8+ years Administrative, Business Support, or Customer Service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and Executive Admins support.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology). OR equivalent experience.
- Be a team player, positive attitude, flexible, intuitive, self-motivating, detail-oriented with attention to accuracy, and highly organized. Working well independently, prioritizing, and exercising sound judgment are critical skills required.
- Able to multi-task and maintain professionalism while working with a variety of confidential information.
- Work successfully in a team environment, building effective working relationships inside and outside of the group, accommodating work styles and diverse perspectives to create an inclusive environment.
- Sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, and professionalism applied in all transactions, maintenance of utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- High work ethics.
- Needs little or no instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments.
- Act as backup support to group admins team including GM Office Sr EA support as needed.
- On campus 5 days/week
- 24/7 support as business emergencies occur.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $82,000-$122,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
