Job description
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Controller for a reputable NW Ohio client in the Construction Industry
This individual will be a leader within the organization and handle the daily/monthly/annual financials
Responsibilities for the Controller role include but are not limited to;
- Financial Reporting
- Maintaining relationships with bank and CPA firm
- Oversee Financial Audits
- Company Certifications
- Work in Progress- Managing budgets effectively
- Oversee administrative staff including payroll, AR and AP
- Union Reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Background
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related
- 5+ years of proven financial leadership experience
- CPA/CMA is a plus
- Construction experience is highly desirable
- Will consider individuals directly out of public accounting
