Overnight Resident Advisor - PT - West Chester
Position: PT - Resident Advisor -($18 awake; $13 sleep)

Essential Functions of the Resident Advisor:
- To provide quality supervision to assigned youth during assigned shifts, evenings, overnights and weekends. This includes being on-site, engaging youth, planning activities, and supporting youth with life skills.
- Successfully engage youth in implementing their individual goal and/or transition plan using positive youth development, trauma-informed and culturally appropriate frameworks.
- To complete paperwork and site maintenance/cleanliness in compliance with program, county, state and federal regulations and private grant requirements as applicable.
- Address and report any crisis or critical incident as defined by agency and/or county, state or federal regulations according to the agency's formalized practice and protocols.
Qualifications for the Resident Advisor:
- The Resident Advisor shall be a mature individual with an ability to adapt to the philosophy of VYH.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and ability to operate agency vehicle.
- Possess a minimum of a high school diploma
- Organized and highly adept at managing multiple tasks and assignments
- Creative thinkers and flexible in their approaches to people and projects
- one year of experience working with adolescents
Physical Requirements :
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing:Occasionally
- Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds: Occasionally
- Moving from one worksite to another: Occasionally
