Position Overview:

We are in search of talented and experienced individuals to join our team as Cosmetology Instructors. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive cosmetology education, covering theoretical and practical aspects such as hair styling, cutting, coloring, makeup application, skincare, and nail care.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum standards and industry best practices.
Provide hands-on instruction and supervision in both classroom and salon environments.
Offer personalized support to students, addressing their individual needs and challenges.
Evaluate student performance through practical exams, assignments, and other assessment methods.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations to ensure curriculum relevance.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student success and personal growth.
Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Pursue professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the cosmetology industry.
Valid cosmetology license in the state of operation.
Proficiency in hair, makeup, skincare, and nail care techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Patience, empathy, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to accommodate changing curriculum needs.
Previous teaching experience preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills required.
Hours and Availability: Day and evening positions available, including partial work-from-home/remote options.
