Job description
Hillcrest Baptist Church, Lebanon, MO is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor for Youth & Family Life who would be responsible for evangelizing and discipling students grades 6-12, as well as establishing, equipping and encouraging life groups and life group leaders.
HBC is looking for qualified individuals who have been called to pastoral ministry, are passionate about discipleship, and gifted administratively. Experience and education preferred.
HBC is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Missouri Baptist Convention, and subscribes to the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message.
