Brand Manager (Global Automotive Manufacturer)

**Salary:** $85,000 - $90,000 per year

**About You:**

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team! You'll be responsible for shaping and driving our brand strategy, leading marketing initiatives, and ensuring our brand resonates with our target audience.

**What You'll Do:**

* Analyze market trends and conduct competitive research
* Develop and communicate brand vision and mission
* Translate brand elements into actionable marketing strategies
* Manage a team of marketing professionals
* Lead creative development that engages and motivates the target audience
* Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
* Identify target audiences and devise effective campaigns
* Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices

**Who You Are:**

* Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
* Strong ability to develop and communicate brand and marketing strategies
* Excellent understanding of the marketing mix (4Ps)
* Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
* Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset
* Data-driven decision-making skills
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Degree in marketing or a related field
