Job description

Meta is seeking a Vendor Program Manager who is passionate about operational rigor, technology, and innovation to join the Business Acceleration Solutions (BAS) team which provides businesses with the solutions they need operate and grow with Meta. Depending on a business’ needs, BASE will connect them with in-house engineers, recommend the right partners, or develop a customized combination of both. We are seeking an experienced Vendor Program Manager to join a team that is responsible for vendor activation, vendor strategy, and operationalizing programs which help partners succeed. The team thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, programs, and data. The ideal candidate is a leader in complex cross-functional environments and has a keen understanding on how to apply vendor resources as an operational superpower. As an expert in the business partner ecosystem, you will engage cross functional teams as a programs advocate, drive operational efforts across BAS teams, and work closely with vendor teams on delivering value for business partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong operational and vendor management background, be an effective communicator that can project manage large initiatives, and effectively update cross functional stakeholders at all levels. The right candidate will be intellectually curious and quickly gain familiarity with Meta’s partner programs, third party ecosystem, and vendor strategy. You should feel comfortable in constantly evolving environment in which you have to manage multiple streams of work to drive concrete, actionable solutions for Meta and its partners. Be unique.
