Job Description Summary:

As a Sr. Assembler, you'll be an integral part of the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) team. Your technical skills will support existing products and manufacturing processes while aiding in the delivery of new products to manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and efficient AME lab, supporting tool and equipment maintenance and calibration, improving manufacturing processes, and contributing to robust new product launches. You'll play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvements across processes, equipment, hardware, software, and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Support existing products and processes
• Champion maintenance program for production tools and equipment
• Assist Quality Engineering in the tool and equipment calibration program
• Help establish or improve production floor layouts and/or processes
• Maintain a clean and efficient working lab area
• Support all engineering development builds
• Assist in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities such as building test and development equipment, product submissions, and UX testing
• Support production and warehouse operations as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a gaming or technical role
• Hands-on technical problem solver
• Proficient PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with hand and power tools
• Some experience with metal fabrication
• Some experience with electronics assembly and integration
• Some experience with inspection and measuring instruments
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Accredited schooling in a technical program (Preferred)
• Forklift experience (Preferred)
