Job Description
Serra Ford Buick GMC Rochester Hills Delivery Drivers are the backbone of all store activity. They are out on the road building up professional, long lasting relationships and communications with our Customers. By delivering each part correctly, safely and in a timely manner; you show our customers that Service is the Difference!
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle yourself as a professional, set an example
- Good store communications with customer service follow-up
- Lift Merchandise up to 75 pounds with both hands for deliveries
- Record and process Customer returns
- Familiarity with local area roadways
- Always tell the customer what you can do for them
- Work with delivery system for top notch service
- Notify manager of any problems with customers
- Store appearance (clean & organized)
- Pulls and fills orders from stock.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Keep management informed of competition
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
Requirements
- Clean driving record. Chaffeurs license preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license.
