Job Summary:

The Fulfillment Lead oversees a small team of fulfillment team members as a working lead to ensure our products move through our facility smoothly using best practices for shipping and order packaging. As part of the fulfillment group, they "tag team" with the Fulfillment Manager to ensure the pace and quality of work will support our customers' daily order requirements, provide guidance to packers, keep production moving to expectations, and help where needed to ensure product ships on time every day. Great communication skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize and anticipate potential issues are key.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervise teams, providing instruction and guidance to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Work with inventory team to ensure a steady flow of product and materials to the line

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Dedicated to Fulfillment Team
• Assist in keeping the warehouse and cold storage areas organized, clean, and free of recognized hazards
• Support packaging and shipping functions
• Ensure customer SOP's are followed by packaging line
• Follow company policy and best practice and support packaging team in doing the same
• Ensure product is labeled, quality checked, and shipped correctly per carrier requirements
• Move product and materials throughout the facility to support business operations
• Assist with other miscellaneous warehouse responsibilities

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid Driver's License or State ID card
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Demonstrates ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Demonstrates experience as a team lead or supervisor, or an equivalent role
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented; Ability to notice the minute details that differentiate products from each other and to count quickly and accurately.
• Ability to proactively anticipate possible issues.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapid paced environment.
• Ability to execute instructions in a timely and exact manner.

Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years experience with warehouse shipping
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping.
