Front House Supervisor - South Fort Collins

Job description
This is a full-time hybrid supervisor position with day-to-day duties that include full completion of front desk duties in addition to managing front desk staff, managing front desk systems and point of sale (POS) system, payroll assistance, money handling, conflict resolution, decision making and problem-solving, online review management, boutique retail management, and front desk supply management.
What will you do?
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service to all clients.
- Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new front desk staff.
- Supervise front desk staff (scheduling, monitoring attendance and performance, mentoring, etc.)
- Assist COO with payroll tasks (reporting PTO use, new staff members, etc.)
- Implement specials, sales, and incentives to increase sales and performance.
- Manage and maintain front desk area, systems, and boutique area.
- Maintain cash drawer, run deposits, and keep record of closing reports.
- Maintain office supply and paper product inventory.
- Manage and merchandise boutique retail (coordinate with buyer to update inventory.)
- Serve as a management representative for customer complaints and feedback.
- Respond to online reviews.
- Report to and partner with the Wax Manager for effective and holistic shop leadership.
- Provide monthly and weekly reporting to upper management on sales, staff performance, and shop needs.
- Notify upper management if any maintenance is required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
What does it take?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of previous customer service experience required
- At least 1 year of management experience preferred

The pay for this position starts at $14.42 per hour while training and $16.00 per hour once front desk training is completed.
