Innovation Manager Salary: $46.47- $86.61/hour

The grade and salary of the position are based on specific criteria met within the qualifications of relevant experience, skills, performance and internal equity. 

 

Job Description

Agile Mindset: Supports an Agile framework, including familiarity with Scrum, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. This indicates a preference for iterative and flexible project management approaches.

Collaborative Communicator: Has strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with leadership, project management, and other stakeholders. This includes the ability to engage in discussions about planning, analytics, resource allocation, and task assignments.

Enterprise Development: Experience delivering enterprise solutions using technologies such as JEE (REST, Web, EJB, JPA, JMS, HTML, CSS), Maven, Epic Custom Web Services, Interconnect, Epic APIs, identity management and relational database systems such as Oracle.

Knowledge building and deploying containerized software specifically with Kubernetes, EKS, ECS using Terraform and Gitlab CI/CD automation.

Experience with cloud computing, indicating a familiarity with platforms like Azure and AWS.

Predictive Modeling : Possesses knowledge and/or experience in predictive modeling, indicating the ability to use data and algorithms to make informed healthcare decisions. Experience with Epic predictive modeling using Nebula and Custom Predictive Modeling is a plus.

Integration Expertise: Experience with Epic integration methods such as private APIs, FHIR, Custom Web Services, Chronicles, Clarity and Caboodle. This is crucial for connecting different systems and data sources in healthcare.

Version Control and Documentation: Familiarity with release management strategies, CI/CD automation and version control systems using Git (GitLab). Additionally, a strong emphasis on documentation, which is crucial for maintaining transparency and continuity in projects

Environmental exposures include, but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure Bio-hazardous waste Chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors Communicable diseases Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
