Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Utica, NY 13502
Duration: 24 Months
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 4.30 pm
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Duties include providing clients with prompt assistance at the front desk, controls access to the building, greets clients, checks clients in and out, answers outside calls, filing, record keeping, schedules appointments, and records meeting minutes.
