Are you passionate about driving innovation and efficiency in supply chain management? We are seeking a talented SAP Supply Chain Management Lead to join our dynamic team! As a key member, you will lead and manage SAP SCM implementation, optimization, and support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do:

Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SCM solutions with a focus on driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Customize and configure systems to meet specific business requirements and integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules.
Utilize your expertise in SAP SCM modules including APO, IBP, MM, and WM to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies in supply chain management, such as blockchain and AI, and explore opportunities for their integration.
Drive end-to-end SCM projects with strong project management skills, ensuring successful planning, execution, and monitoring.
Design and implement innovative solutions considering industry best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the supply chain utilizing SAP SCM tools.
Develop and deliver engaging training programs to maximize end-user utilization of SAP SCM functionalities.
Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data reliability and accuracy.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8-15 years of experience in SAP SCM with a focus on implementation and optimization.
Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end SCM projects.
Strong understanding of SAP SCM modules and integration with other SAP modules.
Passion for exploring and implementing emerging technologies in supply chain management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
