Serve on a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) and partner with an interdisciplinary team in providing medical care in an outpatient setting following PACT principles. Our patient population ranges from adult to geriatrics. You will diagnose, treat, and manage a panel of patients providing comprehensive patient-centered primary medical care.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Locations: Positions are available in Bonham, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Tyler, Texas.
Preferred Experience:
· Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
· Women’s Health (Willing to train)
