JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a in Greenville, SC for a Technical Sales Representative. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will serve as a crucial link between our company's sales team and customers. You will be delivering comprehensive information about our client’s products, innovations and brands. Your proactive involvement will be essential in achieving and surpassing sales targets and profit margins.

Responsibilities of a **TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE **includes :

• ¨NBSP;

Act as a product expert on innovations and brands.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of GD&T principles.

Provide support to Customer and Technical Engineering departments.

Collaborate closely with customer design teams to optimize assembly processes.

Offer technical solutions to customers to address assembly challenges.

Conduct and lead customer Tech Days.

Cultivate relationships with customer technical teams through regular visits and interactions.

Assist the sales team in promoting our own brands.

Serve as the primary liaison with Manufacturing and Technical teams in Germany.

Participate in sales conferences and trade shows as required.

Grow and maintain accounts within the existing customer database while actively acquiring new customers.

Stay updated on industry trends and maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.

Contribute to team success by achieving related results.

Adhere to company core processes within the established system.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements of a TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

-

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service capabilities.

Outstanding organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and goals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Self-disciplined and independent.

Excellent time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic filing programs, and Microsoft Dynamics.

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

-

Associate's degree with advanced training and relevant sales experience.

Bachelor's degree with a focus on Business or Sales/Marketing ( preferred

).

Specific knowledge of the automotive industry, including fasteners, logistics, and related parts.

Familiarity with both German and Spanish languages written and verbal (preferred).

3 to 5 years in a Technical Application position in the automotive industry.

4 to 6 years in a Sales Management role in the automotive supply industry, with a concentration on fasteners (a plus).
