Job Summary:

Join our expanding team at an esteemed organization highlighted as one of the Houston Chronicle's Top Workplaces! The successful National Business Development Representatives will play a pivotal role in generating new sales opportunities and cultivating qualified leads for our sales pipeline.

Job Description:

Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial prospecting to final closure.
Engage in prospecting and cold calling targeting key executive positions including CEOs, Owners, Presidents, and Directors.
Educate potential clients on our service differentiators, pricing, and value propositions throughout the sales journey.
Exceed qualitative targets for prospecting, customer interactions, and other sales-related activities.
Foster post-sale relationships to secure referrals and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on productivity metrics in alignment with sales plans, delivering accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Expect occasional regional travel and flexibility to accommodate customer needs during off-hours and weekends.
Uphold a high standard of integrity, commitment, and trust to surpass expectations in sales and customer account retention.
This role offers a remote work option with some office presence required.

Qualifications/Soft Skills:

Demonstrated experience in selling to business executives such as CEOs, Owners, Presidents, and Directors.
2-5 years of proven success in prospecting and sales.
Proficiency in remote cold calling techniques.
Previous experience in the waste/recycling industry preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Windows applications.
Possess a positive demeanor and collaborative mindset.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Self-motivated, independent worker with a strong work ethic and self-discipline.
Comfortable with remote work arrangements.

Compensation:

Salary starting at $50,000 + (based on experience) / + Commission
