Adelphi is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide nursing services at a facility in Chula Vista California. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care to patients through collaborative efforts with health team members while adhering to standards of care and practice.

Requirements:

Current California Nursing Assistant Certificate

6 months minimum experience

BLS

Responsibilities:

Provide care and tend to physical needs of the patients according to the patient care plan.

Perform and document rounds of patient receiving care and report changes in patient condition to the Nurse.

Obtain specimens for diagnostic testing.

Complete all required documentation of patient care provide written and/or oral reports.

Clean maintain and check equipment.

Document care provided in accordance with Minimum Dataset (MDS) standards.

Escort patients to appointments as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
