Join our Trade Lifecycle team and become part of the driving force behind the flawless execution of the American Depository Receipt world within our Market and Investor Services business.

Job Summary:

As an American Depository Receipt  Analyst under Markets Operations, you will have this rewarding opportunity to support securities trading for high profile institutional clients to allow for the efficient functioning of this key line of business in our firm. With a focus on control and risk aversion, you will monitor, analyze, and process transactions utilizing our proprietary systems as well as vendor applications that are used industry wide. Our analysts are instilled with the drive to succeed in a challenging environment and enforce the need for timely execution of deliverables. You will be responsible for the accurate processing of securities transactions by meeting deadlines across domestic and international markets. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely Processing & Settlement of trades 
• Identify & resolve trade discrepancies as well as mitigate risks related to the trade life cycle
• Interact daily with internal stakeholders, traders, custodian banks and senior management
• Collaborate with external Agent Banks to avoid settlement delays 
• Perform root cause analysis on trade issues to increase Straight Through Processing (STP)
• Establish and sustain relationships within multiple departments and stakeholders 
• Partner with Tech to streamline processes and look for automation opportunities 
• Ensure all day-to-day queries are dealt within the required SLA and proper escalation
• Must master the complexities of the American Depository Receipt product, our business model and infrastructure

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Highly organized, motivated, able to multitask and have strong prioritization skills
• Strategic thinker with great analytical skills and a detail orientated perspective 
• Must be able to analyze complex and ambiguous issues and recommend creative solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation and efficiency 
• Team player but also able to work independently (self-starter)
• Excellent communication skills with various levels within the organization 
• Effective interpersonal and team building skills to deal with a challenging Global Structure
• Ability to perform workflow analysis, documentation, and assist on process improvements
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools - I.E. Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath (Mandatory)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and/or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and products (Preferred)
• Experience within Securities Settlements (Preferred)
