Job Summary : As the Director of Telemetry, you'll lead our nursing unit, ensuring top-notch patient care and efficient operations. Your role includes:
Responsibilities :
- Managing daily operations to meet quality, fiscal, and patient satisfaction goals 📊
- Overseeing staff performance and departmental responsibilities 👥
- Acting as a liaison with patients, physicians, and staff 🤝
- Promoting teamwork and internal/external customer satisfaction 👏

Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required 🎓
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required 🚑
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Registered Nurse (RN) qualifications 📜
- 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant unit; director-level experience preferred 👔
