Eastridge Workforce Solutions is partnering with a leader in custom modular building design and construction firm in it's search for an experienced and licensed Plumber . This direct hire role is responsible for installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems found within modular, prefabricated buildings. If you have at least at least five (5) years of trade experience as a plumber and a current Nevada plumbing license, we encourage you to apply today.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Perform installation of plumbing systems

• Inspect previously installed plumbing systems and perform any necessary repairs 

• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for various plumbing systems which Xtreme Cubes installs and maintains

• Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections

• Communicate well with fellow employees and management

• Manage a work log

• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

• At least five (5) years of trade experience as a plumber

• Current Nevada plumbing license highly preferred

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs

• Ability to read technical diagrams & blueprints

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to read, write and comprehend written and verbal English

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS 

• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
