We are on the lookout for motivated individuals eager to elevate their sales careers and secure long-term job stability within the realm of home improvement sales. In this position, you will connect with homeowners through pre-arranged, qualified appointments, guiding them on cost-effective solutions and advocating for healthier water for their families. Our cutting-edge water purification systems allow for direct tap consumption from any household faucet.

As a sales associate, you will provide personalized recommendations based on individual lifestyles and budgets, handle negotiations, secure sales, and prioritize exceptional customer service. While we prefer candidates with 1-2 years of prior sales experience, it is not mandatory. Enthusiasm for learning about water purification, strong interpersonal skills, and confidence in conducting in-home sales presentations are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled appointments with homeowners to discuss products and services, providing water testing demonstrations
• Answer questions and make recommendations based on budget, lifestyle, and home size
• Negotiate, close sales, and explain contracts to homeowners
• Follow up with homeowners throughout the installation process for customer satisfaction
• Attend required meetings
• Maintain a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to improvement
• Perform other necessary duties or responsibilities
