Textile Services is the largest and most automated privately owned laundry in the world operating four facilities for laundering costumes, housekeeping linen, food and beverage linen, and specialty items. You will be responsible for developing leaders and hourly Cast. You will lead the daily operation and guide strategic value at one of the four on-property industrial laundry processing facilities.

Lead a diversified team of Textile Service Managers and hourly union Cast Members. Inspire and motivate our Cast to create legendary service.
Resolve operational priorities and schedules to provide customer happiness by having available quality products within a vital time frame
Oversee budgets, and labor management, and chip into the preparation of the annual operating and capital plans.
Partner with teams to support project execution and integration; verify the scope of work, operational impact, readiness, and contingency planning.
Develop, interpret, and use metrics and operational indicators to measure, motivate, and enhance performance.
Understand and convey written and verbal data and analysis to partners at all levels
Connect with internal partners on our overall goals and frame up strategic project work for Senior leaders
Provide a safe, creative, and positive work environment that cultivates collaboration, Cast feedback, quality control, and Cast involvement
Provide leadership and development opportunities to our Cast Members while following our Policies and Union Guidelines
Dedication to promoting a safe and inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity, different perspectives, and establishing relationships to cultivate a team environment
Familiarity with OSHA standards in the workplace
Participate in a culture that builds relationships with Cast Members, peers, partners, and customers to cultivate a team environment
Technical skills with the production process and reporting tools
Experience increasing productivity and efficiency
Well-defined approach to solving problems and continuous improvement process skills such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma techniques.
Well-developed coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills to achieve department goals
Experience working in a Union environment. Understand union contracts and administer the guidelines fairly
Lead and partner with a diverse workforce
Gain support from the hourly Cast when change happens
Experience with high-technology equipment
Proficient in standard office software programs and mobile electronic devices
Willingness to work evenings, holidays, weekends, and different shifts
Experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years in a leadership role
Bi-lingual(Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese)
Bachelor's Degree – Preferably in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering or Equivalent Experience
