Job description

NASB is accepting applications for Superintendent of Schools on behalf of Sargent Public Schools. The school includes the communities of Sargent, Comstock and Loup County. The school is located 75 miles NW of Kearney and 75 miles SE of Ainsworth. The district has approximately 167 students PK – 12.  The district is looking for applicants with the following attributes:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Create and maintain the budget to keep the levy steady
• Provide updates and maintains building to allow for a safe learning environment
• Ability to build trust and improve school culture
