This position holds direct responsibility for manufacturing operations while reporting to the Plant Manager. The role offers the opportunity for significant impact!
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 8 years of related experience required in a supervisory role within a product assembly environment.
- Exposure to a range of processes, including Paste printing, Surface Mount Technology, Reflow soldering, Wave soldering, Hand soldering, Through-hold insertion, Assembly, and IPC standards are essential.
- A proven track record of employee development, consistent application of company standards, and effective teamwork. Familiarity with Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Cycle Time Reduction is a plus.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
