This local company is the largest MIRCOM engineered systems distributor in New England and a leading fire alarm and life safety systems distributor. The company provides complete fire alarm systems to electrical contractors in addition to a robust test & inspection/service operation to building owners.
This Company is looking to fill the Central Station Operators based in Lowell, MA. Seeking an energetic, motivated individual looking to build a career in the fire alarm industry. The only requirements is that you need to be computer savvy, can show up on time and can speak on the phone professionally. These positions are for PPM (Property Protection Monitoring).
Job Description :
Central Station Operators - To monitor fire alarm/ Burglar alarm panels for our customers.
- Dispatch on appropriate municipal dispatch.
- Call the customer on the signals we receive i.e... Trouble, Alarms Etc.…
- Answer calls for the answering services we have.
- Monitor the RMS unit’s cameras and call the appropriate call list when we get an alarm.
- Some Operators do data entry.
- Reserved Accounts for dealers/Customers/sales person
- Place accounts online.
There are 7 positions total consisting of part-time and full-time (1 position) – Friday & Saturday overnight shift, 10pm-8am, pay rate $17 per/hour
(2 positions) – Saturday & Sunday – 1st shift, 8am-3pm, pay rate $16 per/hour
(2 positions) – Saturday & Sunday – 2nd shift, 3pm-10pm, pay rate $16.50 per/hour
(2 positions) – Sunday-Thursday, 40 hours work week, overnight, 10pm-6am, $17 per/hour
