We are searching for a Finance Manager to augment our Finance division and play a pivotal role in continued growth as we advance as one of the top 5 privately owned (non- private equity backed) MSPs in the United States.

Position Summary
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 8AM - 5 PM, (flexible/hybrid schedule available after 90 days; 1-2 days' work from home)
Salary: $80,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience

Requirement: MUST have previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the financial health of the company through strategic planning, meticulous analysis, and effective communication. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and preparing comprehensive financial reports, the Finance Manager supports decision-making processes by providing insights into budget variances, gross/net revenue, margins, costs, and profitability. This role involves heavy data analytics, structuring data into understandable reports, and performing financial management duties to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Functions of a Finance Manager at Dedicated IT 

• Develop, maintain, and prepare monthly reporting package to include detailed financial reporting for month end close as well as quarterly and monthly financial forecasts (budget, cash flow, forecasting, among others)
  

• Assist in preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial KPI analysis schedules of actual versus budget variances
• Provide detailed analysis concerning gross/net revenue, margin, cost and profitably
• Provide financial analysis support for department managers
• Develop ad hoc reports, special studies and financial analysis which drive the behavior of the business
• Heavy data analytics and structuring the data into comprehensible reports
• Oversee the daily operation and development of the company's finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.
• Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or above in finance, accounting, or business studies (in lieu of this, on the job experience will be considered for the right candidate)
• 5 or more years' experience in same or similar role
• Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting for Managed Service Providers or Technology field 
• Experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools and other industry-specific prediction applications
• Demonstrated general understanding of GAAP accounting
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel required 
• Knowledge of ERP Systems, (QuickBooks, ConnectWise, Concur, Cognition 360 is a plus) 
• Ability to create and perform tasks using Power BI is a plus
