Position Summary: The Lead Clinical Social Worker reports to the Regional Clinical Supervisor and is a member of the sites leadership team. The role will monitor and ensure the safety and overall well-being of clients and families served, make both formal and informal assessments of clients served to develop a permanency plan to ensure timely permanency is achieved. The Lead Clinical Social Worker must be active with BBS .

Education/Experience: Master's degree or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Ability:
Bilingual in Spanish required.
Read, analyze and interpret business, professional, technical or governmental documents. Write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers and the public.

Mathematical Ability:
Comprehend and apply principles of advanced calculus, algebra and advanced statistical theory. Work with concepts such as limits, rings, quadratic and differential equations, and proofs of theorems.

Reasoning Ability:
Apply logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Deal with nonverbal symbolism (e.g., formulas and equations) in difficult phases. Deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Skills: Certificates and Licenses:
Licensed or eligible for license required. If the candidate does not meet the Key Personnel Minimum Qualifications Checklist and Attestation for licensure, the Regional Clinical Supervisor will need to request a Waiver Request and Justification and Proposed Training and Supervision Plan.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees in the Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Supervise, coaches, and mentors staff providing guidance to their work and learning including,
when necessary, corrective/disciplinary action in a timely and professional manner.
