Job description
Opening / Selling Statement: The client is currently seeking a strong Senior Consultant to manage the change and training efforts related to a recent technology upgrade. The need is to identify current gaps in the use and adoption of the process and technology and create and execute a path forward to solve for gaps.

Job Duties:
- Current needs analysis and gap assessment
- Stakeholder engagement
- Develop the training strategy
- Socialize the training strategy and plan with key SMEs and stakeholders
- Partner with SME's to refine current training and execute the deployment change network experience
- Understanding training modalities and tools and the ability to think creatively on how to deploy training to various impacted - stakeholder groups/individuals
- Understanding of training best practices for large organizations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Job Requirements:
- Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience
- Training Lead experience
- Background in managing OCM or Training Projects
- 7-10 years of experience in OCM/Training
- ADKAR certification
