Responsibilities:
As a Regional Director, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple hotels, ensuring guest satisfaction, fostering team growth, and driving financial success. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Providing leadership to multiple hotel properties, emphasizing guest satisfaction, staff training, and financial success.
Traveling approximately 75% of the time to conduct property inspections, trainings, and support for General Managers.
Developing and implementing action plans based on property visits and performance metrics.
Acting as a mentor and direct supervisor to General Managers, offering virtual and in-person support.
Monitoring hotel revenue, guest service scores, and financial performance.
Upholding company and brand standards across all properties.
Qualifications:
We're looking for candidates with:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
At least 2 years of experience overseeing multiple properties.
Ability to travel extensively (up to 75% of the time).
Strong virtual management skills.
Experience working with multiple hotel brands.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
