Visa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Optimization to be a member of the Visa Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will report into the Director of TA Optimization and Operational Excellence and is positioned within the TA Center of Excellence. This is a unique opportunity to aid Visa in optimizing and upskilling all the Talent Acquisition teams across the world.
Essential Functions
Develop and implement TA optimization strategies to process and tools that align with TA OKR’s and company-wide goals
Lead and build an agile program focused on optimizing the talent acquisition process, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration
Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition ATS Implementation project team
Serves as a leader working with key stakeholders across Talent Acquisition to design, build, and execution of innovative and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency on a global scale
Initiate and manage project plans related to short and long-term program TA strategies
Drive project execution by working with team and stakeholders by providing key communications and holding project teams accountable to timelines and deliverables
Develop project scope, timing, roadmaps, identify risks, and track progress
Partner closely with TA Governance to ensure TA systems are compliant, meet global standards, and enable teams to successfully meet KPI’s and SLA’s
Consistently analyze data and research to identify root causes and areas to optimize work, establish operational efficiencies
Cross-collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, Global TA Delivery Teams, TA CoE, People Systems, and People Technology

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 128,200.00 to 166,500.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
