Job description
Vaco, a global talent and solutions provider, is assisting a publicly traded retail organization in their search for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.
This position is onsite outside the Washington, D.C. area with a hybrid schedule. No relocation is available and remote candidates will not be considered.
The Director of FP&A will create and execute the strategic plan of the organization under the supervision of the Senior Director of FP&A. Past experience with business analysis as it relates to mergers and acquisitions is crucial to success in this role. Ideal Candidate: - 8 plus years of overall experience
- MBA highly desirable
- Strong system acumen (Excel and common financial planning and reporting systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Anaplan, Hyperion)
- Prior leadership experience within FP&A
- Continuous improvement focused with the ability to optimize processes
