Job Description:

Provide athletic training coverage for in-season home Varsity and JV athletic competitions. Along with in-season practices when deemed necessary. Assist in the supervision of student workers/graduate students from local Athletic Training Education Programs. Assist in the coordination of athletic training room facilities, including record keeping, inventory, etc. Other duties as assigned relating to the athletic training department.

Required Qualifications:

• NATABOC certification and eligibility for Iowa licensure required.
• Must be in good standing with the NATA .
• Current CPR / AED Certification.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to pass a background check, have a valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Junior College / Collegiate experience preferred.
• Approved Clinical Instructor experience / Teaching experience preferred.

• Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction)
• Acceptable hearing (with or without hearing aid)
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing
