Role : Engineer
Location : Burlington, MA - 1803
Duration : 6 Months on W2 (Possibility of conversion or project extension for the right candidate)
- 100% Onsite role.
- First preference to local candidates as the manager prefers onsite interviews. Open to national search as well (relocation at own expense) but the pre-hiring team will be more inclined towards shortlisting the local talent.
Skills Looking For:
- Entry-level role. Internship/Co-op exp is fine.
- Experience in lab work, ideally with biohazardous materials like blood, and tissues.
- Proficiency in technical writing for reports subject to FDA scrutiny.
- Responsibilities include working with Heartmate pumps, lab tasks, and technical writing.
- Execution of lab work such as device evaluation, functional testing, and failure root cause analysis.
- Completion of technical writing tasks for reports reviewed by the FDA.
- Collaboration with team members as necessary.
- Adherence to safety protocols while handling biohazardous materials.
- Efficient time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Attention to detail, particularly in technical writing tasks.
Education and Level of Experience:
- Bachelor required in Biomedical or mechanical engineering.
- Entry-level position, suitable for recent graduates or individuals with internship/co-op experience.
- Master's degree holders may be considered if they understand it is an entry-level role and do not expect much.
- PhD candidates are overqualified.
- Extensive experience beyond entry-level expectations may be deemed overqualified
