As a Transformation Program Lead under the Group Transformation portfolio, you will be accountable for delivering tangible business outcomes at Group level. This role requires strong leadership and drive across multiple operational and technology domains.

  1. Strategic Vision and Planning:
  1. Strategic Thinking: The VP of Transformation must have a keen ability to envision the future landscape of the IT industry and understand how technology trends and market dynamics will impact the organization. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation and developing a clear, long-term strategy to position the IT service provider for success.
  2. Change Management: Successful transformation often involves significant changes to processes, culture, and technology. The VP should be adept at creating and implementing change management strategies that ensure a smooth transition for the organization, including effective communication, stakeholder engagement, and addressing resistance.
  1. Leadership and Collaboration:
  1. Team Leadership: A VP of Transformation must be a strong leader capable of inspiring and mobilizing cross-functional teams. This involves fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
