Job description

LinkedIn is the world’s largest professional network, built to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Our products help people make powerful connections, discover exciting opportunities, build necessary skills, and gain valuable insights every day. We’re also committed to providing transformational opportunities for our own employees by investing in their growth. We aspire to create a culture that’s built on trust, care, inclusion, and fun – where everyone can succeed.

Join us to transform the way the world works.

This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

At LinkedIn, we trust each other to do our best work where it works best for us and our teams. This role offers a hybrid work option, meaning you can both work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what’s best for you and when it is important for your team to be together.

On the LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) team, we continue to build platforms that help streamline the process of connecting talent to opportunity and we are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to lead and drive continued success of our platform products. This Product Manager will own our entire suite of LinkedIn Apply integrations. Our apply integrations form a foundational part of our hiring solutions platform offering that integrates LinkedIn with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to significantly streamline the job application and hiring processes for millions of job seekers and LinkedIn Recruiter users.

This PM will also be responsible for 0 to 1 product development, and help us expand on our platform portfolio and developer ecosystem, in a budding integration area. As a Product Lead, you will not only be owning the long-term strategy of these tracks, but also be responsible for growing LinkedIn’s presence across a wide array of talent partnerships. You will be leading these product areas with a world class team of engineers, designers, data scientists and business development managers in defining what success looks like within the rapidly evolving talent solutions landscape.

Searching for your dream job? At LinkedIn, we strive to help our employees fulfill their passion and purpose. Join us in changing the way the world works!
