Job Description:

Serve as the facility’s HR Director and oversee the administrative office staff. Responsible to provide review and interpretation of HR policies and practices, maintain record keeping for personnel and related HRIS files, process personnel data entry and bi-weekly payroll. Provide for direction and supervision of business office staff for general corporate functions. Serve as part of the Southfield Village Management Team.
